The following pricing applies to services in the Edmonton, Fort Saskatchewan, and area.
For services outside of these areas, travel costs will be applied and bookings for a minimum of 10 people required.
Health Screening Services:
As of September 1, 2009, an hourly rate of $40 technician fee will be applied for the following services.
Audiometric Test (Hearing Test)
- includes medical review $50 per test
Spirometry Test (Lung Function Test)
- includes medical review $50 per test
Respirator Fit Test
- Qualitative $40 per test
- Quantitative(i.e.portacount) $40 first test
$20 all subsequent tests
Vision Screening Test $30 per test
Respiratory Medical & Respirator Fit Test $70 per person
Audiometry, Spirometry, Respirator Fit Test, $130 per person
& Vision Screening
Cholesterol, Blood Glucose, & Lipid Panel Screening $80 per person
*GST will be applied.
*Pricing does not include repeat tests and medical referrals for abnormal results.
Extra charge will be applied.

Respiratory Health Monitoring for exposure to asbestoes, silica, lead, coal dust, etc.
First Aid & Safety Training:
Standard First Aid with Level C CPR & AED (Red Cross) $125 per person
Emergency First Aid with Level C CPR & AED (Red Cross) $85 per person
Child Care Standard First Aid (Red Cross) $125 per person
Babysitting Course (Red Cross) $50 per person
Heartsaver Level C CPR with AED $55 per person
Healthcare provider CPR $55 per person
ENFORM Petroleum Safety Training (PST) $100 per person per test
